Jamon Serrano Carpaccio

Ingredients

  • Thinly sliced Jamon Serrano

  • Thinly sliced peaches

  • Stracciatella cheese

  • Arugula

  • Pine nuts

  • Balsamic Glaze

  • Chili-infused extra virgin olive oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Step 1: Place thin slices of Jamon Serrano on plate with thin slices of peaches in between.

Step 2: Cover with arugula and place pieces of Stracciatella cheese on top of the arugula. Garnish with pine nuts, chili-infused extra virgin olive oil, grated parmesan and balsamic glaze. Add pepper and salt to taste and enjoy!
